Subscriptions are a great way to make sure you’ve always got film to shoot. You get a regular delivery of film to your door every 3 months without having to lift a finger, and get an extra 5% saving on every order as well as free shipping. Put simply, it’s the most cost-effective way to keep shooting fresh film, with no contracts and no commitments.
Yep, you’ll need a store account. It only takes a second, and by registering an account with us you’ll be able to easily manage your subscriptions, view your order history, and make future orders quick and seamless. Plus, with an account you’ll automatically participate in our loyalty program, earning points for every purchase that you can later redeem for discounts!
Easy! Simply select the ‘Subscribe and save’ option on a product page to add it to your subscription order, then check out as normal.

The best way to change a subscription is to cancel your current subscription and create a new one with your new selection. But don’t worry – there are no fees to sign up or cancel.

Unfortunately it isn’t possible to change your delivery date at the moment. If you’re unable to receive your quarterly order for any reason, feel free to reach out to customer support for assistance.

Currently, it isn’t possible to skip deliveries. The best thing to do would be to cancel your subscription, and place a new subscription for a time that’s convenient for you.

Any individual items ordered at the same time that you first place your subscription order will be ship along with your first subscription delivery (and you’ll enjoy free shipping on those items as well!). However, future subscription shipments unfortunately cannot be edited or updated with individual, one-off purchases. But of course you can always place one-off orders at any time and these will not disrupt your subscription deliveries.
No stress. If, for any reason, the payment method for your subscription order fails, we’ll send you an email notification so you can change or update your payment details.
Unfortunately, coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with the subscription orders.
